The façade might be a bold and rather startling peachy hue, but this Palermo Hollywood corner wine bar’s list tells a more low-profile story.
The second wine bar from Agustín Iuri, who also runs Ser y Tiempo, Wild Corner deals in low-intervention, organic and natural Argentine wines. While this isn’t the first such bar in Argentina’s capital city, it’s certainly a welcome addition to the Buenos Aires wine scene and helps continue marking the rise of low-intervention wine from Mendoza, Salta, Patagonia and San Juan.
Due to open right before year-end of 2019, Wild Corner promises a decent range of by-the-glass and bottle options, including a couple of exclusive gems: Rosado de Moscatel from Familia Vignoni rosé and Salvaje Pinot Gris from Casa de Uco. Wild Corner will also stock two on-tap barrels of Malbec and Grenache served in bottles that are produced by winemaker Lucas Niven.
Besides some of Argentina’s best natural wines, you can also indulge in tapas at Wild Corner.
